Border Secured (A Scenario) Section 4 - Part 1

There was the sound of another gunshot just before Charmaine and the Butchers reached the main house. They could hear Stanley Wharbuck shouting, “Take another step mister and the next one will not go over your head but through your @##%* heart. Charmaine was taken aback. In all the years she had been on the estate she had never

Reverend Julian was reclining in my favorite chair on the verandah. Ricky laughed when he saw the reaction on my face when I saw the Reverend in my chair. He knew me too well. I always said to him that if I catch a puss or a dog in my chair that’s their last day on earth! She screamed, “He’s dead and he has

She kept wishing he would visit his uncle so that she would see him again just to tell him exactly how she felt. A couple of the pages in the diary had watermarks which I suspected were from the tears that she cried in frustration. After a while she stopped writing about him. I guess she must have accepted the fact that she would never see him again. Anyway, it was coming up to her sixteenth

Ricky had not seen me since just before the holidays so I brought him up to date on all that had transpired. He laughed at the way I described the migrants, however, he became very concerned when he heard about the attempted break in and the poisoned meat that was meant for the dogs but killed the cats instead. When I told him about Rajah he could not believe that we were still alive. He said that Rajah was a cold-blooded
